The P.E Nation co-founder, 44, hasn’t shied away from giving an insight into her lavish holiday and took to Instagram on Saturday to share more stunning snaps.

She put her toned physique on display in a $175 backless red one-piece from Aussie brand Bond-Eye Swim as she sunbathed at Sundays Beach Club.

Pip shielded her eyes with a pair of $465 Gucci sunglasses and swept her golden locks back into a low ponytail as she soaked up the sun on the balmy day.

In another shot, she also showed off her abs in a skimpy black two-piece, which she styled with dark shades and a Prada bucket hat.

Pip shared a selfie with her friend Emma Sweeny as they made the most of their day at the luxury beach club, which costs $73 (IDR 800K) for an adult day pass.

She also posted a picture of them both tucking into Espresso Martinis and indulging in some skincare as they wore face masks while relaxing in the sun.

Pip is a fitness fanatic and is a longtime devotee of a Pilates workout founded by Sydney-based instructor Kirsten King called Fluidform Pilates.

Pip recently shared her health and wellness secrets, revealing that she generally follows a vegetarian diet.

‘I’m all about a vegetarian diet, bordering on vegan,’ she told Daily Mail Australia.

A typical day on her plate is boiled eggs and tabasco sauce for breakfast with a skim mocha, before soup or salad with another coffee at lunchtime.

She also enjoys an afternoon snack of crackers with Vegemite and cottage cheese, while dinner often consists of chicken with vegetables or bolognese.

She added: ‘If I snack into the night, it’s liquourice tea, cashews with dates, yoghurt with cashews or if I have a real sugar craving, I’ll tuck into a lot of Darrell Lea liquorice!’

Another typical ‘mid-week meal’ for her is roasted vegetables and salad with ‘some kind of soup’, while she also enjoys tacos when she’s being more relaxed.

Pip also previously told Women’s Health that she loves eggs despite being nearly vegan.

‘I always have eggs and tabasco in my handbag, I find it is the only quick thing I can snack on that is healthy and can also help to fill me up,’ she told the publication.
