The Duchess of Cambridge’s fitness-mad sister reveals she’s taking him to ‘baby yoga’ classes, but he’s proving a reluctant yogi.

‘Arthur spent most of the class trying to escape from my yoga mat, chewing on the foam block, and practising the cobra on his tummy,’ says Pippa.

‘However, I’m sold on the benefits of baby yoga — and wish I’d tried it sooner.’

Pippa has kept a relatively low profile since she and husband James Matthews welcomed their first child together in October last year.

However she has been keen to stay active in the first months of motherhood, and has been spotted walking with Arthur many times, often near the £17M family home in leafy west London.

However, The Duchess of Sussex, 37, gave birth to Archie Harrison just last month and is said to be taking a ‘relaxed approach’ to her post-baby body, according to royal insiders. 

She is said to have been doing the baby yoga with Pippa. 

Hands-on father James has also been seen taking his son out, and was the picture of pride as he pushed him through London.

Pippa married financier James, elder brother to Made In Chelsea star Spencer,in May 2017, and their first child – Arthur Michael William – was born in October 2018.

The pair live together in Matthews’ sprawling Chelsea mansion, which they renovated ahead of their son’s arrival.
