She’s the glamour model who boosted her bust from a ‘natural’ C-cup to DD.
But Australian Playboy model Sarah Harris revealed her breast implants have been far from glamorous after she was left with insecurities and excruciating pain.
The 23-year-old decided to get breast augmentation following an emergency operation to get a lump removed from her chest just days before her ‘dream’ photo shoot with Playboy more than two years ago.
She lifted the lid on the pressure to stay thin where she would starve herself before photo shoots – an unhealthy habit that left her ‘breast tissue constricted’.

The 23-year-old decided to get breast augmentation following an emergency operation to get a lump removed from her chest two years ago
‘The main reason why I got breast augmentation done was I was doing a lot of modelling at the time,’ she said in a YouTube video.
‘The toll it was taking on my body was too much. I couldn’t deal with it anymore and my weight wasn’t dealing with it either.
‘I was eating a lot of food, then I wasn’t eating. I was basically starving myself for shoots and I was eating again.
‘Because of my weight fluctuating so much, what happened was my breast tissue constricted, and it moved upwards, causing my breast tissues to actually herniate.’
The New Zealand-born blonde revealed how she got herself checked after discovering a ‘weird lump’ in her breast.

In her YouTube video, she revealed the excruciating pain she endured since getting implants
After seeing a doctor, she was referred to a specialist surgeon before undergoing an operation to remove the lump amid fears of being cancerous.
‘I was gutted… I was honestly f***ing gutted,’ she said.
‘Because in the books, they thought I was a large C naturally [but] you can’t turn up to a Playboy shoot with one boob. It all happened exceptionally fast.
‘I didn’t research it as much as I should’ve – mainly because I didn’t have enough time. I never really considered getting a breast augmentation to begin with.
‘The bad thing that comes with this, I wanted the same size implants as my natural breasts.’

She revealed her struggles with body image after she was left feeling self-conscious.
‘I hate them, they’ve literally ruined my life. I always wear high neck stuff to cover them up in public,’ she said.
‘I can’t even explain to you how they make me feel. I’m just so paranoid about them. One – they are too big for my body, two – they are causing me problems.
‘I’m so grateful they removed the lump, the problem is fixed but they never measured my chest so basically my implants are too big for my chest plate and I’m pressing down on my breast.’

Despite feeling unimpressed with her implants, Sarah said she has scheduled another surgery to get her breasts back to C-cups
Sarah said her breast implants have also had an impact on her career.
‘I used to do glamour modelling, now I’m doing a lot more commercial stuff and they have to strap my boobs down, literally get masking tape and strap my boobs down,’ she said.
‘So I’m having to stop doing those shoots lately because it’s just so uncomfortable. My boobs are a 12 D so it doesn’t go with the whole modelling saga.’
Despite feeling unimpressed with her implants, Sarah said she has scheduled another surgery to get her breasts back to C-cups.
‘My main goal is to fix the pain in my chest and to feel more confident about my boobs as a whole,’ she said.
‘I’m just sharing my experiences because I don’t want you guys making the same mistakes that I made.’
