Police say they are currently trying to engage with the man at the scene. Two other people are believed to be inside the house with him.

Neighbours have been told to stay locked inside their homes during the incident.
Greater Manchester Police said in a statement: ‘Shortly after 8.25am today police attended a property on Parry Mead, Woodley where an armed man had locked himself inside and made threats.
‘Officers are in attendance and are attempting to engage with the man at the scene.
‘Another male and a female are also believed to be inside the address.’
