Police charge a 35-year-old man with assaulting Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale, after Gunners No 1 was kicked by a supporter following Mikel Arteta’s side 2-0 victory in Sunday’s north London derby

The man who attacked Aaron Ramsdale after Arsenal’s 2-0 win against Spurs in the north London derby on Sunday has been charged by police.

Joseph Watts, 35, from Hackney has been charged with a series of offences including assault by beating, throwing a missile onto a football pitch and going onto an area adjacent to the field of play.
