A woman has captured an awesome moment when a possum broke into a Bunnings store and helped itself to the plants at the nursery.
The footage recorded by Yvonne McRostie at the Bunnings store in Carseldine, a suburb in Brisbane, Queensland last month shows a possum happily munching away on some fresh salad leaves.
‘It looks like it was a regular occurrence there, it went into the wall of pots and went up there,’ Ms McRostie told ABC.

Eventually, a staff member came and chased the animal away, Ms McRostie told the national broadcaster.
A Bunnings spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia that the store is used to regular wildlife visits.
‘From time to time our stores encounter visits from wildlife, including possums.
‘Typically they leave on their own accord, however in situations where the safety of our customers and team or the animal may be compromised we contact the relevant authority to safely remove the animal from the store,’ the spokesperson said.
Daily Mail Australia had contacted Ms McRostie for comments.
