The blonde beauty completed her look with comfortable cream trousers and wore her tresses in a sleek pony while opting for natural makeup.
Meanwhile Arthur looked adorable as he beamed for the cute snap as they both posed in the bathroom.
Billie took to Instagram earlier this month to announce the happy news about her pregnancy while enjoying a family holiday in Abu Dhabi.

Her sister Sam, who welcomed her third child – son Edward – in May, commented on the happy news in the comments section.
