Dani Dyer displayed her pregnancy bump in workout gear as she headed to the gym in Essex on Friday. 

Showing off her bump in form-fitting fitness gear, the reality star had a spring in her step as she prepares to welcome twin girls with boyfriend Jarrod Bowen.

The Love Island star, 26, looked relaxed as she enjoyed a healthy lunch from Zest Salad Bar, including a smoothie. 

Her gym-appropriate leggings and zip-up jacket clung tightly to her, showing her pregnant tummy.

She completed the look with black trainers and a goose-down padded coat on top to keep warm.

Alongside a Nike gym bag, the star added a hint of glamour to the outfit, carrying a Louis Vuitton shoulder bag.

She scraped her dyed blonde locks into a tight bun and kept her make up minimal, wearing a touch of mascara.

She’s set to welcome twin girls with her boyfriend West Ham footballer Jarrod Bowen in May.

This outing comes after Dani gave fans a glimpse of her new arrivals by sharing a snap of her latest scan on Instagram Stories on Tuesday.

The star shared an image of her recent ultrasound as she and Jarrod prepare to welcome their new arrivals.

Dani – who already has a son Santiago, two, with her ex Sammy Kimmence – sweetly captioned the post: ‘Our baby girls.’

Not everything about her pregnancy has been dreamy. as the star revealed she has been sleeping ‘terribly’ as the babies have been ‘pushing on her bladder’.

Earlier this week, her actor father Danny Dyer shared his feelings on his daughter’s second pregnancy.

He admitted this week that he finds it ‘petrifying’ that his daughter Dani is having identical twins, which will make him a grandfather-of-three by May.

The former EastEnders actor, 45, was on The Jonathan Ross show this week where he discussed the soon-to-be new arrivals in his Dyer clan.

He gushed about his role as a grandfather to Dani’s ‘beautiful’ son Santiago, two, and looked ahead to meeting his next two grandchildren, who are due later this year.

Speaking to host Jonathan, Danny said: ‘I’m a grandfather… he’s beautiful, he’s such a lovely little boy. She’s [daughter Dani] pregnant again with twins. Identical girls. So I’m going to have three grandkids under three by f***ing May.’

He added: ‘It’s petrifying. I am over the moon. It’s weird when your kid’s pregnant. You worry about them. It’s a miracle the whole thing, especially with twins.’

Danny continued: ‘I thought, when you become a grandfather, your kids have grown up and f***ed off.

‘Whereas I’m still bringing up a nine-year-old son, I’ve got a 15-year-old daughter and grandkids.’

Speaking about Dani’s partner Jarrod playing for West Ham, Danny said: ‘West Ham until I die. 

‘You can’t tell them who to fall in love with… all of a sudden she’s brought home a West Ham player.

‘I couldn’t have hand picked a better human being, he’s beautiful. He comes round and I get all starstruck.’
