Pregnant woman reveals the wild way she avoided a speeding fine… after cop nearly catches her in her own lie

A woman has revealed the wild way she managed to avoid a speeding fine.

The Sydney woman rang into Wednesday’s Kyle and Jackie O Show to admit she was driving over the speed limit when police busted her.

However thanks to some quick thinking, the woman, who was six months pregnant at the time, was able to dodge a ticket. 

After pulling her over the woman told the cop, ‘I’m going into labour, I can feel it right now.’

‘I said, “I’m heading to the hospital,” and he said, “I’ll follow you,” the woman admitted, causing host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson to gasp.   

‘So he followed me literally all the way to the hospital and I thought, “I’m going to be in strife here,”‘ said the caller. 

To complete the ruse, she actually walked into the hospital and waited inside ‘for about 30 minutes or so’.

‘I just hid in a little corner [of the hospital]’ before leaving again, she told shocked hosts Jackie O and Kyle Sandilands.

Luckily the police officer was gone by the time she emerged from the hospital.

Another caller said he was able to elicit sympathy from an officer after pretending his wife had offered him sex if he could get home quickly.

The man said he told the male police officer ‘if I can get home before the school kids get home, I can get a r**t.’

‘So did he let you off?’ asked Sandilands, with the man confirming he had indeed been let off scot free.

‘The things that work are like, the sex stuff, with the police,’ Jackie declared, with Kyle agreeing.
