PREMIER LEAGUE Q&A: Will Mohamed Salah leave Liverpool? What late transfers will shock the market? And will Man United and West Ham be big late movers? SAMI MOKBEL and Mail Sport’s team of experts answer your questions

They have gone and got Mohamed Kudus – what is the expectation at West Ham for what they can bring?

KIERAN GILL:  I was joking with a mate at West Ham the other day that they sold Elvis (Declan Rice) and bought The Beatles (Mohammed Kudus, Edson Alvarez, James Ward-Prowse, Konstantinos Mavropanos).

West Ham obviously hope they come together (sorry) and that they don’t need any help (sorry again) but in Kudus, they’ve signed the perfect player for counter-attacks.

Think of the Premier League players who dribble the most. You might say Jack Grealish and Bukayo Saka. They averaged three and four dribbles per 90 minutes last season. Kudus averaged seven per 90!

I’d recommend looking at his highlights on YouTube – you’ll see him creating counter-attacks all on his own. David Moyes used rope-a-dope tactics to beat Brighton. That was without Kudus. With him, they’ll stand a greater chance of inflicting that on other teams… and they have Manchester City and Liverpool coming up.
