The former Olympic champion was joined by her friend Kirsty Gallacher who made a glamorous arrival at the hottest racing event of the year.

The ex-Strictly Come Dancing star, 42, oozed sophistication in her midi black bodycon dress as she gave onlookers a good glimpse at her toned pins.

The King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes  is the feature race commemorating Her Majesty The Queen’s late parents and is the European mid-season middle distance championship.

The atmosphere is of a ‘traditional summer garden party’ with an array of bars, entertainment and famous faces around.

This year, each of the lawns is themed around every decade since the 1950s-2000s, with live music from each era playing on the Bandstand throughout the day, and live music continuing after the racing finishes.
