Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall visit the Sandringham Flower Show

Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall have been snapped attending the Sandringham Flower Show in Norfolk for the first time since 2019.

The popular one-day event, which was cancelled in 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid pandemic, is patronised by the Queen and Prince Charles, 73.

Today the royal attended the event with his wife Camilla, 75, where the pair were snapped enjoying a range of activities.

The Duchess wore an appropriately foliage-themed knee length shirtdress from Bombshell during her appearance today. She paired the frock with a pair of low-heeled pale brown pumps, and tortoiseshell sunglasses.

She finished off her smart-casual look with large curls in her neatly coiffed long bob, and a classic natural make-up look, featuring a natural pink lip, and lined, mascaraed eyes.

Meanwhile, Prince Charles opted for a pale beige two-piece suit, with a single-breasted blazer. He paired the suit with a stripy blue, red, and cream tie, and a cream hat.

Alongside its vast horticultural displays, the show also offers trade stands, crafts, children’s entertainment, a military band, and competitions in fruit, vegetables, and flowers.

Around 20,000 people visit the one-day event, which is now in its 139th year, annually.

Meanwhile, the Horticultural Trades marquee features displays by leading nurseries.

Gardening talks are hosted in the Gardeners’ Forum. Among the speakers are top television gardeners Chris Beardshaw and Alan Mason among others.
