Before their swim, the family completed an obstacle course, with Prince Frederick and his sons Prince Christian and Prince Vincent getting into the spirit by painting their faces green.

‘It was a great experience to get out into the terrain with the family, find objects using maps and try the obstacles on the obstacle course,’ the family said.
