The 39-year-old linked arms with her husband Prince Carl Phillip as she arrived at the lavish event wearing a flowing ombre yellow dress.
Sofia oozed elegance in the sweeping long-sleeve silk gown with a nipped waist by Swedish fashion designer Lilli Jahilo.
The dress’s bright, warm colour and long sleeves were a fitting choice for the chilly summer day in the Norwegian town of Geiranger where temperatures averaged only 14C.

This isn’t the first time the Swedish princess has worn the Lilli Jahilo gown.

Durek announced in June that Parish Priest Margit Lovise Holte would be officiating their marriage.
Reverend Michael Beckwith, who has appeared on Oprah Winfrey’s Super Soul podcast was also involved, with the guest noting that the Los Angeles-based reverend had come to Norway to give an ‘American style sermon’.
