PSG target Michael Olise has suffered a hamstring injury while on duty with France U21s, casting doubts over the rest of his tournament and pre-season preparation.
The Crystal Palace trickster immediately signalled to be hauled off after sustaining the injury in a collision with Norway goalkeeper Kristoffer Klaesson.
Just minutes earlier, the 21-year-old had put France ahead with what would be the winning goal against Norway, but was in clear agony after the coming-together and had to be helped off.
It means Olise will likely be out for the rest of the UEFA European Under-21 Championship and potentially see his pre-season affected.
France U21s manager Sylvain Ripoli said: ‘It’s an injury to the hamstring in his left thigh. It’s a tough blow.

‘It’s a problem for the rest of the competition because we can’t replace him. We’ll find out in the coming hours how long he will be out for.’
It was a sad moment for Olise – having scored his first France U21s goal just five minutes earlier, he was injured not long after the hour mark.
The win ensures France are top of their Euros group with two wins in two games.
Crystal Palace have slapped a £50million price tag on the former Reading man in the hopes that they can ward off PSG.
The French giants were revealed earlier this month to be looking for two wingers, with Olise marked out as a potential addition.
Since joining the Eagles in the summer of 2021, the youngster has recorded six goals and 19 assists in 71 appearances.
His free-kick against Manchester United earned him a goal of the month award in January.
