High-flying pub baron Jamie Malouf has cleaned up with the sale of his glorious two-storey mansion in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

Located in ritzy Vaucluse, the five-bedroom, four-bathroom pad was sold off in November for an eye-watering $8,000,000.

Malouf, 45, is director of the Royal Hotels Group, owners of upscale pubs such as the famed Royal Oak in Double Bay and Paddington’s Bellevue.

The buyer was Anna Di Napoli of Project One, a construction management company who recently sold off her own eastern suburbs home for $9.4million reports The Wentworth Courier.
