Qatar Airways passenger dies on flight from Doha to Sydney

A woman has died onboard an international flight to Sydney.
The 60-year-old woman was travelling on Qatar Airways flight QR908 from Doha, in Qatar, to Sydney, NSW, on Friday afternoon.
She was found unresponsive about halfway through the 14-hour flight.

Reportedly crew members performed CPR and used a defibrillator in a desperate attempt to save the passenger.
A Qatar Airways spokesman confirmed a woman had died.
‘Regrettably, the lady could not be revived,’ he said.
‘Our thoughts are with the family at this difficult time.’
Qatar Airways and Border Force have been contacted for comment.
