The royal, 50, wore a sage green dress with white polka dots as she attended the Miguel de Cervantes literature awards at Alcala de Henares University in the Spanish capital.
Letizia’s frock, which was made of sheer fabric with billowing sleeves and was clinched at the waist, was a recycled outfit she wore previously to attend a military parade with her husband and Infanta Sofia last October.
Today, she paired the green outfit with beige sling back heels, and accessorised with simple yet chic teardrop earrings.
The mother-of-two wore her brunette locks styled behind her ears and down past her shoulders.
