A Queensland father who tricked his young daughter and her friend into flashing their breasts to him on webcam will spend four months behind bars.
After the recent death of his daughter’s grandfather the man gave his daughter, 12, a laptop with a webcam during a sleepover with her friend, also aged 12.
He told his daughter a boy in a chat room had also lost his grandfather and the girls should talk to him about it, the Sunshine Coast Daily reported.

Maroochydore District Court heard the man spent time behind bars in Victoria in 1997 after he was convicted of having sex with his ex-wife’s stepsister, who was aged between six and 10 at the time.
Regarding his recent offence, the father pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent treatment of a child under 12 and using the internet to procure a child under 16.
Defence barrister Simon Lewis said his client had complex mental health issues.
Judge Gary Long said he understood the man was ‘remorseful’ and sentenced him to 27 months, to be suspended after four months.
