With Brisbane experiencing sweltering 38C temperatures over the weekend, the selling point just might work.
The post attracted a number of comments.
One Reddit user said it might sound funny, but said having air conditioning during the Aussie summer is no joke.
‘You joke but my high school in Sydney fundraised for a solid 6 years for aircons in every class,’ they wrote.
Another said: ‘It’s a big thing in QLD… My son and his class had to lay down sometimes on the floor and the teacher would spray them with water to try and cool them down.’
