Jeremiah will take over Bobby’s role as the interiors guru, which is often noted as the hardest job by fans due to often having to transform entire homes or workspaces.
According to Netflix, the new series will be set in Las Vegas as the team bid to help a series of local heroes who have strayed away from the path.
Jeremiah rose to prominence as a styling associate to celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe on The Rachel Zoe Project.
He has also previously hosted the Oprah Winfrey Network’s Emmy-winning design series Home Made Simple.
After this he was the design expert on Netflix show, Say I Do.
Jeremiah is married to fellow design expert Nate Berkus, who he has fronted Nate & Jeremiah by Design, Nate & Jeremiah Save My House, and The Nate & Jeremiah Home Project with.
The couple have been married for 10 years and share two children, daughter, Poppy, nine, and a son, Oskar, six.
The cast signed seven-cycle contracts ending September 2022, and they believed season eight would be the final one.

Speaking to Vanity Fair last month, Bobby said: ‘We took pictures and cried.’
One year later, the Fab Five were surprised with brand new four-cycle contracts, and everyone decided to sign on except for Bobby.
Bobby explained: ‘With only one of us not coming back, Netflix felt [it] could recast one person [for the Las Vegas-set ninth season].
‘There were definitely emotions. But each one of us had our reasons why we did what we did. I can’t be mad – for a second I was.
‘All the plans that I had made when I thought we weren’t coming back, I just wasn’t willing to change those.
‘I would have had to pump the brakes on multiple other projects that are already in process. We had mentally just prepared ourselves to move on – that’s why I left.’
Speaking on the speculation of a row with Tan, Bobby did admit he ‘had a moment’ with his former co-star, which caused him to unfollow him on Instagram last fall.

He said: ‘There was a situation, and that’s between Tan and I, and it has nothing to do with the show. It was something personal that had been brewing – and nothing romantic, just to clarify that.’
‘Should I have unfollowed Tan? No. Maybe I should have just muted him. But that day, I was angry, and that’s the end of it. We became like siblings, and siblings are always going to fight.’
When the feuding friends won their first-ever Emmy Awards for outstanding structured reality program for their roles as Queer Eye producers, they embraced during the ceremony on January 7.
Bobby said: ‘We both said congratulations. And that’s where we are right now.’
‘I will always have a very special place in my heart for him and [Tan’s husband] Rob and the kids. I can foresee in six months or a year, Tan and I at each other’s house being good. The Emmys was already the first bandage on that wound.’
Bobby now splits his time between his properties in Los Angeles and Portugal with his husband of 11 years, Dewey Do.
