An adorable raccoon has been filmed desperately trying to catch raindrops in its mouth and its little paws as it hangs out the open window of a moving car.
Eva the raccoon was filmed in a determined frenzy as she tried to catch the fleeting raindrops any way she could in Saint Petersburg, Russia on Sunday.
Russians are increasingly choosing raccoons as pets.
In May, there was even a festival for the animals in Saint Petersburg to educate owners about caring for the animals.
Raccoons bite when threatened and can be temperamental so would-be owners are advised to get one from a breeder at a young age so they can be thoroughly socialised with humans.
Raccoons can live in captivity for 20 years.
They are intelligent, mischievous, can do major damage to a home with their dexterous hands and sharp teeth, and vets are generally not trained in how to treat them so they are a high-maintenance choice of pet.
