Rachel Brosnahan stood out on Tuesday evening in a hot pink button-down leather coat that made it look like she was wearing nothing underneath.

The 31-year-old Milwaukee native was leaving a Q&A session with fans held at the Y in New York City.

The siren also held a small boxy black purse with yellow gold accents as she flashed a black manicure.

Her dark hair was worn up in a messy updo and she added bright pink lipstick to match her snazzy coat.

The star has been plugging the fourth season of her show The Marvelous Mrs Maisel which premieres February 18 on Amazon Prime Video.

The end of season three saw housewife turned stand-up comic Midge Maisel (Brosnahan) crying next to her manager Susie (Alex Borstein).

‘Midge got kicked in the head,’ creator and executive producer Amy Sherman-Palladino.

She was in tears because Shy Baldwin (Leroy McClain) dropped her from his opening act when she hinted at his sexuality.

Palladino said season four will see ‘how Midge reacts to such a jarring episode.’ And it looks like Maisel could be out for revenge.

Rachel said on The Late Late Show with James Corden this week: ‘We left the end of last season with Midge on the tarmac, she’s really screwed up, and she’s been left by Shy Baldwin, we kind of pick back up right there,’ she shared.

‘Really this is a season about… you know, in season 1, we found Midge at rock bottom. She stumbled into this career as a comedian, she mostly just had a series of long breakdowns that were very funny on stage. She began to hone her craft and figure out how to perform for different audiences, and then, you know, I think her feeling is it didn’t work out so well for her.’

Rachel continued: ‘This is a season about her sort of digging into who she is, and not apologizing for her own voice, deciding that she is her best when she is herself. And that’s sort of a ripple-effect that effects all the other characters this season.’

The Marvelous Mrs Maisel, Season four premieres on Friday, February 18, 2022, Prime Video.

This comes after Rachel bemoaned the amount of negativity in the world at the moment.

Speaking earlier this year, the star said: ‘There’s so much unkindness in the world right now and I feel like it has become acceptable – and sometimes even trendy – to be mean-spirited, and that makes me angry and upset.

‘I just think there is so much negativity. We’re confronting mammoth issues and there is so much to contend with that unkindness and blatant disregard for other people makes me so angry.’

Rachel has also faced negativity during her career and says she has had to battle to be ‘taken as seriously’ as her male counterparts.

The House Of Cards’star explained: ‘I definitely have felt that I haven’t been taken as seriously as my male counterparts. They can call out an elephant in the room or an issue in the workplace and they’re not labelled ‘difficult’ or ‘bossy’ in the same way that so many women I know have been. I’ve met women who I had heard through the grapevine were ‘difficult’ but then recognized in real time that the reason they were labelled was because they weren’t afraid to say what they meant.’
