Rachel Zoe announced her split from husband Rodger Berman on social media Monday.
The 53-year-old fashion designer — who attended a Michael Kors dinner in June —and 55-year-old banker were married for 26 years and together for 33.
In white font set against a black background, Zoe wrote: ‘After 33 years together and 26 years married, Rodger and I have come to the mutual decision to end our marriage.’
She added, ‘We are incredibly proud of the loving family we have created and our countless memories together.
‘Our number one priority has been and will always be our children. We are committed to coparent our boys and to continue to work together within the many businesses we share. We ask for privacy during this time as we navigate this new chapter.’

She signed off, ‘With love and gratitude — Rachel & Rodger.’
The former couple are parents to sons Kaius, 10, and Skyler, 13.
Zoe and Berman met in the early 90s while they were students at George Washington University.
They married on Valentine’s Day in 1996.
Parts of their marriage were documented on the Bravo reality series The Rachel Zoe Project, which aired from 2007 to 2013.
The two also appeared on Lifetime’s Fashionably Late With Rachel Zoe, which lasted one season in 2015.
Berman is the cofounder and co-CEO of the fashion entrepreneur’s Rachel Zoe Inc.
Two years ago she took to social media to pay tribute to Rodger on their 31st aniversary.

‘I have loved you @rbermanus from this day 8.29 ❤️ 31 years ago… we have done this life together and I cannot wait to see what is yet to come,’ she wrote in the caption at the time.
‘Happiest anniversary to my person ❤️ And Yes everyone we met in kindergarten,’ she joked.’
Rodger previously opened up to Harper’s Bazaar about how they met.
‘I met Rachel in the summer of 1991. She was 19, and I was 22. She was a restaurant hostess, and I was working as a waiter in Washington, D.C., where we both attended college,’ he told the publication in 2011.
‘I vividly remember the first time I saw her — wearing a tight black mini dress, high-heeled pumps, stick-straight hair, and big red lips covered in M.A.C. Chili lipstick,’ the father-of-two recalled.

Clad in a black bandeau bikini top, she recorded selfie videos, writing over one clip, ‘A few hours alone on a Sunday. Tanning in sunnies by @rachelzoe.’
Zoe also shared a smiley group photo with four gal pals, sharing with fans: ‘When I show up to have a quick drink @hotelbelar and stay until close.’
