Rahni Sadler, 45, reveals she is expecting her FIRST child with gay best friend, Geoff Dunn

Former Seven Sunday Night reporter Rahni Sadler, 45, has revealed she’s expecting her first child with her single best friend, Geoff Dunn.

On Wednesday Rahni announced she is six months pregnant with the executive producer of Sydney’s Seven News and the pair are ‘beyond ecstatic.’ 

According to news.com.au it is believed the close pals decided to embark on IVF treatments in South Africa earlier in 2018.

The publication revealed Rahni endured ‘Life-threatening complications from a miscarriage’ just months before she split from her husband, Trent Miller in 2009.

Rahni was left reportedly ‘broken hearted’ over her split with her former husband of one year and is not thought to have remarried.

Sunday Night’s executive producer, Mark Llewellyn, told The Daily Telegraph at the time: ‘Of course it is a difficult time for Rahni, but she is a strong person and she has our full support.’

Trent, who was previously wed to Rahni re-married one of her Seven colleagues AFL Footy Show host Rebecca Maddern.

The Australian Ninja Warrior co-host and freelance cameraman Trent split from their respective partners in 2009, and announced they were dating almost a year later. 

The 40-year-old and her husband Trent – who kept the sex of the baby a surprise throughout the pregnancy – welcomed their first child in April this year.
