This is the moment the no-nonsense police officer who calls himself ‘Raptor 13’ was filmed back on the streets targeting two men and defecting their bikes.
Raptor 13, whose real name is Senior Constable Andrew Murphy, was seen pulling over the motorcyclists in Bankstown, in Sydney’s west, and pointing out the non-compliant features of their modified bikes.
He was filmed just a week after he drew a Taser in the centre of a confrontation with a group of men on their way to slain former bikie boss Mick Hawi’s funeral.

In the video uploaded to Facebook on Friday, Raptor 13 asks one of the men: ‘What licence have you got mate … so you don’t have a motorcycle licence?’
The man tells him he has ‘nothing’, before Raptor 13 pulls out a measuring tape and starts sizing up the motorcycles’ specifications.
‘This mirror here is also not compliant – it’s 13 centimetres wide by the greatness of five … That’s way too small,’ Raptor 13 tells him.
He also says the after-market seats on both bikes aren’t secured, and that proper Harley-Davidson seats ‘actually attach to the motorbike properly’.

The constable – who is part of an elite militarised police unit which tackles violent bikie gangs – is also believed to have been responsible for defecting several cars inside a panel shop in the same week.
Another video posted to Facebook on Friday morning shows the panel shop ravaged by defect notices, which a man claims were placed on the cars after Raptor 13 ‘rocked up with 25 officers’.
In the video, the man claims police arrived a day earlier to discuss an unrelated incident before defecting the vehicles.
‘Police came here yesterday, they wanted information about a customer from two years ago,’ the man can be heard saying.
Last month, Raptor 13 was seen drawing his taser and shouting ‘You’re going to get searched’ as tensions flared outside Hawi’s funeral
‘And Murphy rocked up with 25 officers and they’ve put a defect notice on every single car.’

The men were driving to Rookwood Cemetery in western Sydney when their limousines were stopped by police on King Georges Road.
‘Brother, there’s 30 of us (and) there’s two of you… show some respect’ one of the men says as Raptor 13 pushes the surging group out of his face.
‘I don’t care, you’re going to be searched, stand against the fence all of you… you’re all being searched for firearms and drugs,’ he responds.

Raptor 13 was joined by at least one other officer and issued warnings to some of the men before letting the group go.
Mr Murphy was part of a large contingent of police officers stationed in Sydney’s south as hundreds gathered for the funeral of the ex Comanchero president.
Hawi was shot dead outside the Fitness First gym in Rockdale, in Sydney’s south last month.
Daily Mail Australia is not suggesting any of the men searched committed any crime, or that ‘Raptor 13’ misused his position of power in any way during the conflict.
In 2015, Mr Murphy was filmed holding a metal pole to a driver’s head during a routine traffic stop.

The 39-year-old called a motorcyclist a ‘galah’ after pulling him over for running a red light
In another incident, the 39-year-old pulled over a motorcyclist who was wearing a defective skull-shaped helmet after he ran a red light.
‘You want to get your camera out and do a YouTube hero, that’s fine, I don’t really give a continental mate, I’m used to it,’ he told the man as he filmed him.
Mr Murphy then told the rider to move his bike off the busy road.
‘Stand up you galah, turn around and you’re going to push your bike on to the footpath. Yeah cry, cry mate, you’re carrying on like an idiot.’
The cop has previously been filmed appearing to throw a motorcyclist’s licence on the ground, pushing away a woman and refusing to show a driver his speed radar.
Mr Murphy was also pictured holding a metal pole to a driver’s head during a routine stop in 2015 to show how it could be used as a weapon
