This is the horrific moment a drunken man knees a woman in the head in a vicious street brawl. 

The fight was filmed from the passenger seat of a car, which was forced to stop as people spilled out onto the road in Leicester.

The footage shows a woman in a red top on her knees, before the drunken man runs across from the other side of the road to give her a devastating blow to the head.

The impact pushes a woman, who she had been embracing with, against a wall before she is knocked to the ground.

The initial victim, in red, is only just moving but is unable to get up.

The attacker then begins fighting with another man, before the clip ends.

Video of the incident was posted on Instagram page, thestreetblogs. 

Leicestershire Police have not received any reports relating to the footage.
