As a couture fashion designer, Alin Le’ Kal is used to helping his clients achieve the glamorous transformations of their dreams.
Now the Real Housewives of Melbourne star has debuted his own personal metamorphosis, after shedding a whopping 65 kilograms.
Alin, who is set to appear on the 2021 season of RHOM, exclusively discussed his life-changing slimdown with Daily Mail Australia this week, sharing the very simple trick for shedding unwanted kilos.

‘It’s just portion control,’ said Alin, who lost almost half his body weight in the space of a few years.
[Before losing weight] I was just was eating too much. I’d find myself eating two bowls of pasta, and it’s just like, ‘Oh my god, what am I doing to myself?” he admitted.
After tipping the scales at 158kg, Alin knew he had to make a dramatic change.

‘I got to the stage where even my ‘fat clothes’ – I shouldn’t say this, but everyone’s got them – were getting too small,’ he recalled.
Following his weight loss, Alin says he’s become more confident and excited about going shopping, as he no longer has to tailor clothes to make them fit.
‘I feel more comfortable going out more… now I can dress better than I used to dress. Before it was all custom made, and now it’s off the rack!’

‘People I know see me in the street and don’t recognise me,’ he continued, admitting that even his close friend, RHOM star Gamble Breaux, barely recognised him when she first saw his transformation.
Alin’s work caught critics’ attention in 2016 when Real Housewife of Melbourne star Gamble stepped out in an intricately beaded frock made from 120,000 glass pearls.
While Alin is based in Victoria, his designs can be found in exclusive boutiques across the globe, including in Los Angeles and Paris.
