Real Housewives Of Miami star Dr. Nicole Martin is leaving the series ahead of season seven… after welcoming her second child

The Real Housewives Of Miami cast will be a bit smaller when season seven premieres, as Dr. Nicole Martin will not be rejoining her castmates.

The 40-year-old anesthesiologist has departed the reality series ahead of filming the upcoming season, Page Six revealed on Tuesday.

The series began filming earlier in the day — without Martin’s participation.

Insiders told the publication that she was the only person departing the upcoming season.

DailyMail.com has reached out to Martin for comment.

The rest of the main cast — which includes Guerdy Abraira, Lisa Hochstein, Julia Lemigova, Alexia Nepola and Larsa Pippen — and friends — Kiki Barth, Adriana de Moura and Marysol Patton — were sticking around.

The sources also claimed that new women were filming for the series, though Bravo hasn’t yet decided if they will be part of the main cast or just friends.

It’s unclear why Martin is leaving the series, and Bravo didn’t respond about her reported departure.

However, the physician has had some major life changes in the months leading up to the start of filming for season seven.

In March of this year, Martin gave birth to her second child, a daughter named Genevieve.

‘Mom and baby girl are recovering from a C-section that was earlier than expected,’ she announced on social media after the birth.

She shares the little girl and her son Greyson, five, with her fiancé Anthony Lopez.

The lovebirds have dated since 2015, and the attorney popped the question on New Year’s Eve at the end of 2021.

Martin also dealt with tragedy on RHOM when her father Miguel died in November 2023.

‘I haven’t been able to find the words and still can’t,’ she wrote in an Instagram post at the time.

‘Everything happened so fast and it still doesn’t seem real. Part of me is still waiting for one of your crazy phone calls.

‘So many things left unsaid and moments we didn’t share. Trying not to dwell on the missed moments and focusing on the improvements we made. You had a zest for life and I know you’re having a party up in heaven,’ she added.

Martin began appearing on RHOM in season four, which debuted in late 2021, and her final appearances were in season six, which aired its last episodes in March of this year.
