Rebecca Judd has revealed the bizarre way she winds down at the end of the night.
In a recent interview with Zenn Design, the AFL WAG, 41, shared that she finds relaxation in an unexpected routine.
‘This could sound controversial but getting into bed at the end of the night after all 4 kids and dog are tucked in bed, the house is cleaned, alarm is on, the house is reset and having a good ol’ fashioned scroll on insta,’ she revealed.
‘I then like to go onto RealEstate.com and look at properties I want to buy that I can’t afford.’
In addition to the nightly rituals, Rebecca also unveiled an exciting new project she’s been working on.

‘I’ve recently completed the Interior Design for a renovation of a home in Arthurs Seat that we are just about to commence building,’ she said.
‘Hopefully in approx 6 months we will have completed this and I’ll have some gorgeous images to share of this stunning reno by Christmas.’
In March, Bec revealed she is planning to donate the entire contents of her property in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula to charity.
She took to her Instagram Stories to share her plans with her 757,000 followers as she asked for advice on which charity to donate to.
Rebecca explained how she and her husband Chris Judd are renovating their $1.2million home and want to donate all their current furnishings to charity.
The said everything in the property would be included – from crockery to appliances – and shared her desire to donate to a refugee housing charity or women’s shelter.
She wrote: ‘We are about to renovate our Mornington Peninsula house and would like to donate the entire contents to a charity who needs a full home set-up.
‘This could sound controversial but getting into bed at the end of the night after all 4 kids and dog are tucked in bed, the house is cleaned, alarm is on, the house is reset and having a good ol’ fashioned scroll on insta,’ she revealed
‘Everything in the house is included; sofa, beds, bunks, cot, rugs, tables, chairs, appliances, decorator, cutlery, crockery, cookware, linen etc.’
‘Please let me know who I can donate to? I’d prefer to donate to one charity instead of splitting everything up. Pick up from Arthurs Seat.’
‘Thinking refugee housing or women and children’s shelters. Open to suggestions. Thanks.’

Bec and Chris, 40, purchased their sprawling property in 2016 for for $1.2 million. They also own a $7.3million Brighton, Melbourne mansion.
In August 2022, their plans to update the hideaway to create ‘secluded, modern, rural escape’ were approved by the Mornington Peninsula Shire, The Herald Sun reported at the time.
The couple also purchased a ski chalet in Mount Buller, Victoria in 2021 and Bec completely redecorated the lavish property.
Bec shares four children – daughter Billie, nine, son Oscar, 12, and twins Darcy and Tom, seven, with her ex-AFL star husband Chris.
