‘I had to quickly delete it’: Rebecca Judd reveals the one Instagram post she was forced to remove… after her fans noticed a very worrying detail

Footy WAG Rebecca Judd had to delete an Instagram post after she accidentally revealed her family’s home address in Melbourne.

Speaking on The 3pm Pick-Up on Monday, she explained how she once uploaded a selfie taken inside her car that included a glimpse of her dashboard navigation screen.

The screen displayed her full address and postcode as well as a map with a ‘pinpoint’ allowing anybody to easily work out where she lived.

The 36-year-old said: ‘I remember I accidentally posted a photo [of myself] in my car and had to delete it because I’d done a photo of the dash and there was the map on there, which put the pinpoint on my house and the address.

‘And all the people [in the comments] were like, “Blah, blah crescent in this suburb.”

‘And I thought, “Oh my God, everyone knows exactly where we are,” so I had to quickly delete it. I slept with the alarm on every night for the next couple of weeks.’

It comes after Rebecca told House of Wellness last week that she is cautious when it comes to sharing information about her young children on Instagram.

‘There is a certain amount of privacy and security when posting about the kids, and I always like them to look like kids,’ she said.

Rebecca added that she also avoids posting romantic tributes to her husband, retired AFL star Chris Judd, as she prefers these moments to be private.

‘I don’t do a lot of couple stuff with Chris as we keep that private and tell each other we love each other. We don’t need to put it all over social media,’ she explained.

Rebecca and Chris, who married in late 2010, share four children: eight-year-old son Oscar, five-year-old daughter Billie and three-year-old twins Tom and Darcy.

In an interview with The Sydney Morning Herald in May, Rebecca said that her parents’ divorce has made her ‘absolutely determined to keep it together’ with Chris.

Rebecca’s parents, Kerry Brown and Hugh Twigley, separated when she was four years old and she spent most of her childhood with her mother.

‘The kids have seen [separations] in other kids’ parents or heard about it, or seen it on TV, and think it’s kind of normal, which it is really,’ she said.

‘But I have said to them: “We will never, ever, ever break up”.’
