Rebecca Loos ‘has joined the lineup for Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins in a huge signing for Channel 4’

Rebecca Loos has reportedly joined the lineup for the new series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.

Bosses are reportedly thrilled with the signing as the wellness guru, 46, plots to share her real self with viewers.

A source told The Sun: ‘Rebecca is a huge get for Channel 4, so they were thrilled to sign her up for Celeb SAS.

‘There is still lots of fascination with her, especially after the Beckham documentary thrust her back in the spotlight last year.’

MailOnline has contacted a representative for Rebecca Loos for comment.

Last year, Rebecca hit the headlines when David addressed her accusations that they had an affair, in his new Netflix documentary series.

Rebecca has since relocated to the Norwegian mountains away from the limelight.

Throughout her career Rebecca appeared on several UK TV shows including Celebrity Love Island, Extreme Celebrity Detox, Temptation Island and The X Factor: Battle of the Stars.

But she left the UK after meeting her Norwegian doctor husband on the reality show 71 Degrees North.

She now lives in Norway and spends her time practising yoga, running, biking, hiking and foraging for food with her sons.

Living away from the limelight, she is now a health and fitness guru while living in the mountains with her family and practising yoga regularly.

Pictures on social media show the star in her scenic habitats including amazing shots of her practising yoga and going topless on a hike.

In 2016, Rebecca, whose blog is about Scandinavian wilderness, told how caring for her ‘little vikings’ and doctor husband has transformed her from celebrity glamour girl into a Nordic domestic goddess.

‘I clean the house, scrub the bathroom, make dinner every night, do the washing – I love caring for my home and family,’ she told MailOnline, from the tiny ski hamlet of Hemsedal.

The former glamour model reflected on her past wild lifestyle telling OK! that she has ‘tons’ of regrets but doesn’t hide any of her past from her family, saying her boys ‘know mummy has a naughty side’.

She also revealed she considered doing a nursing degree after enjoying work on the Covid frontline.

In March it was reported that Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins is set for a major shake-up, due to Channel 4’s money problems.

The extreme TV series has previously filmed in Vietnam, New Zealand and Jordan however this year things will look very different for celebrities as they head to Wales.

The UK destination will be a far cheaper alternative for the channel instead of flying dozens of contestants and crew to the tropical destinations.

Channel 4 axed the civilian version of the series over the celebrity spin-off due to it gaining higher ratings.

Channel 4 told MailOnline: ‘SAS Selection is the toughest selection procedure of any Special Forces Regiment in the world, with the first phase always taking place in Wales – the home of SAS training.

‘The location of each series is chosen to reflect each phase of the real SAS selection and with storm swept Atlantic beaches to unforgiving mountain peaks, the Welsh wilderness, where series one was filmed, would push any celebrity recruit to their limits.’
