Rebecca Loos has told how she suffered a ‘rough night’ after being struck down with a case of food poisoning.
The Dutch glamour model took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday and shared a photo of herself lying down with her eyes clothes.
She captioned the post: ‘Food poisoning is the worst! Been out all day after a rough night spent mostly in the bathroom!’
The former reality TV star later shared a video of herself going for a walk on the beach and informed her followers she had recovered.
She said: ‘Good morning guys. I’m out of my cave, out of my room, feeling much better. Came down for a lovely morning beach walk.

Rebecca hit the headlines in 2004 after she allegedly had an affair with David Beckham while working as his family’s PA.
Victoria and David have been married since 1999 – but it is almost 20 years since his former aide detonated a media frenzy like no other when she went public with details of their relationship.
It didn’t draw much of a response from Beckham at the time. So not for a second did she think he would address the subject – albeit obliquely – after so long in his BECKHAM documentary.
But Rebecca has since broken her silence and is attempting to put the scandal behind her, saying she is now ‘happily married’.
Rebecca’s husband Sven is a Norwegian doctor. The pair met while he was working behind the scenes as a medic on 71 Degrees North in 2008.
Per his LinkedIn, he is a dedicated physician with the Royal Norwegian Air Force, serving as a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) and Search and Rescue (SAR) specialist since 2016.

He now lives in Norway, and his wife frequently shares pictures of them on social media, enjoying nature and outdoor activities.
Rebecca previously said: ‘[Sven and I] are as madly in love as we were the day we met and I am so proud of him. We are an excellent team. I’m totally supportive of everything he does.’
Rebecca claimed that people thought she was ‘mad’ for diving head first into a relationship with a man she ‘hardly knew’.
‘But look at everything I have now, I am so happy. I have no regrets, I am so happy with my life now. But many people are so afraid of change,’ she said.
‘Change is good, change is how you learn, people should just f**king go for it.’
The couple now have two sons Magnus, 13 and Liam, ten.
The pair’s tiny hamlet in the Norwegian Mountains, where they live with their children, is so remote that it is a three-hour drive from the nearest airport and a two-hour drive to the nearest hospital.
