One of Rebel Wilson’s ex-boyfriends has congratulated her on coming out.
Australian tennis player Matt Reid, who dated Rebel for several months from late 2021, left a supportive comment below the Pitch Perfect star’s Instagram post announcing her new relationship with fashion designer Ramona Agruma.
‘Congratulations’, Matt wrote on Friday morning, adding two ‘hands in the air’ emojis.

The pair first sparked romance rumours in December last year when they attended the AACTA Awards together in Sydney.
While they never confirmed their relationship, they were spotted again looking cosy at the Sydney Tennis Classic in January, where Matt was competing.
Matt, or ‘Reidy’ as he is known on the pro-tennis circuit, was the first romance prospect for Rebel in the wake of her split from previous boyfriend Jacob Busch.

The Bridesmaids actress posted a photo on Instagram of herself posing with her new girlfriend as they both smiled from ear to ear.
Rebel joked she had spent years ‘searching for a Disney Prince’ only to discover that what she ‘really needed was a Disney Princess’.

Rebel was flooded with congratulatory comments from her celebrity pals, including Anna Kendrick, Ruby Rose, Perez Hilton, Melanie Griffith and Rebecca Gibney.
Although Thursday marked Rebel and Ramona’s official debut as a couple, the pair have actually been spotted together on several occasions in the past few months – even making a joint red carpet appearance at an Oscars party back in March.
