Rebel Wilson has dropped the price on the sprawling Los Angeles mansion that she used for years as an ‘office house’.
The Pitch Perfect star, 44, first listed the home, located in Los Angeles’ swanky Fairfax District, in June for $4.15 million (USD), that she bought in 2016, just after its construction, for $2.95 million.
After failing to attract a buyer, the Aussie actress has now dropped the price of her second LA pad by $300,000 to $3.85 million.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home is listed by Million Dollar Listing star Tracy Tutor for Douglas Elliman.
Located on an expansive 4,409 square feet, the two-storey house boasts oversized tall ceilings and multiple fireplaces.
It also features an open plan gourmet kitchen with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, that flows into downstairs living and dining areas.
There is also an expansive media room and a custom gym.
Upstairs, the house features a Jack and Jill bedroom and a primary suite with a private balcony and luxurious ensuite bathroom.

The backyard retreat is beautifully landscaped, boasting a covered patio, sparkling pool and spa.
Speaking to the New York Post in June, listing agent Tracy Tutor said that Rebel had used the house primarily as a work space.
‘She worked there every day and has spent the occasional night there,’ she said.
‘This was a great space for her to be creative, write, host meetings, host parties.’
The publication also reported that Rebel wrote much of her recently published autobiography Rebel Rising at the West Hollywood home.

She also brainstormed ideas for her 2019 film The Hustle and her 2022 flick Senior Year, as well as a raft of social media content in the swanky abode according to the publication.
Tracy added that the only ‘material change’ Rebel made to the house was to convert a garage into a workout room, complete with a pink neon sign reading Rebel Gym.
‘She didn’t make any material changes to the house but she was on a total fitness and wellness kick,’ she told the Post
‘She was like, “I wanna have this space converted into a really fun gym that I can workout in every day.”‘
Meanwhile, Rebel’s main residence – where she lives with her fiancée Ramona Agruma and her 22-month-old daughter Royce – is located in the Hollywood Hills.
