Rebel Wilson has dropped an incredible 35kg (66lbs) since the start of 2020.

And on Tuesday, the 41-year-old actress showed off her slimmed-down frame as she relaxed on a private beach.

In a video shared to Instagram, the Pitch Perfect star posed in a red mini dress on the sand.

The dress features long sleeves and is clinched in at the waist.

Rebel left her long blonde locks out as she placed her hands on her hips and swung from side to side.

‘Discovering happiness …and sooooo much more (to be revealed soon),’ she wrote.

The Bridesmaids star proudly announced last November she had reached her goal weight of 75kg (165lbs or 11.8 stone).

‘Hit my goal with one month to spare! Even though it’s not about a weight number, it’s about being healthy, I needed a tangible measurement to have as a goal and that was 75 kilograms,’ she wrote on Instagram.

According to People magazine, Rebel’s remarkable transformation is partially down to following the Mayr Method diet plan.

A source told the publication she got ‘amazing results’ by changing her eating habits while staying at an Austrian health and wellness retreat last year, and has continued to follow the plan.

‘It’s an approach that eliminates food intolerances, reduces sugar, encourages eating whole foods slowly, boosts the immune system and reduces inflammation,’ a source said.

‘She exercises with a personal trainer up to six times a week, goes on walks and is trying to up her protein intake nutritionally.’
