Rebel Wilson impressed fans after losing more than 30kg during her ‘year of health’.

And on Wednesday, the 41-year-old actress proudly showed off her slimmed-down figure and trim waist in a form-fitting black ensemble.

In a series of photos shared to Instagram, the Pitch Perfect star posed in an off-the-shoulder top and sequin pants.

She teamed her ensemble with a pair of black stilettos and styled her long blonde locks in curls.

In one photo, Rebel held a red rose and posed for the camera in front of a fireplace.

She then gazed into the distance as she stood in a doorway.

The Bridesmaids star proudly announced last November she had reached her goal weight of 75kg (165lbs or 11.8 stone).

‘Hit my goal with one month to spare! Even though it’s not about a weight number, it’s about being healthy, I needed a tangible measurement to have as a goal and that was 75 kilograms,’ she wrote on Instagram.

According to People magazine, Rebel’s remarkable transformation is partially down to following the Mayr Method diet plan.

A source told the publication she got ‘amazing results’ by changing her eating habits while staying at an Austrian health and wellness retreat last year, and has continued to follow the plan.

‘It’s an approach that eliminates food intolerances, reduces sugar, encourages eating whole foods slowly, boosts the immune system and reduces inflammation,’ a source said.

‘She exercises with a personal trainer up to six times a week, goes on walks and is trying to up her protein intake nutritionally.’
