  • 3 medium Egg, whole, raw
  • 60 g Philadelphia Lightest Soft Cheese, 3 tbsp
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
  • 4 spray(s) Calorie controlled cooking spray
  • 4 slice(s) Wafer thin ham
  • 100 g Light Mozzarella
  • 4 large Tomato
  • 1 tablespoons Basil, fresh

Instructions 

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 150°C, fan 130°C, gas mark 2. 

Step 2

Separate the eggs and put the yolks and whites in separate bowls. Mix the low-fat cream cheese into the yolks, season and set aside. 

Step 3

Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and whisk to stiff peaks. 

Step 4

Carefully fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture to combine, and drop 8 equal dollops onto a baking tray misted with calorie controlled cooking spray. 

Step 5

Bake for 15-20 minutes. 

Step 6

To serve, sandwich 2 cloud breads with 1 slice lean ham, 25g low-fat mozzarella, tomato slices and some fresh basil leaves, and seasoning.
