Recipe: Sweet and spicy prawn rice

Recipe: Sweet and spicy prawn rice*- serves 2 

INGREDIENTS

300g Vegetables

1tsp Oil

150g Peeled Cooked Prawns

200g Brown Rice

2tsp Soy

2tsp sweet chilli sauces

½ pack of coriander

1 lime 

Stir Fry 300g vegetables in 1 tsp oil for 5 minutes, add 150g peeled and cooked prawns and 200g cooked brown rice.

Stir-fry for 1 minute to heat through, then add 2 tsp soy and sweet chilli sauces and stir together.

Add ½ pack of fresh roughly chopped coriander and serve with the lime wedges to squeeze over, 6 SmartPoints per serving
