Byron Christianoudis, 48, has admitted to putting his landlord in a headlock after he was told to not take as many showers

A 48-year-old renter has admitted to putting his landlord in a headlock after he was told to not take as many showers.

Things escalated out of control after Byron Christianoudis from New Port Richey near Tampa, was quarreling with his roommate, who is also his landlord.

The elderly landlord told deputies from the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office that the pair had got into a fight after he attacked him over a ‘bathing issue’.

After the argument was over, Christianoudis apparently told his landlord that he was going to take a shower.

He instructed him not to do so because he ‘took too many showers.’

Christianoudis then placed the victim in a headlock, scratching his face, leaving marks. He told police that he ‘felt threatened’.

Christianoudis was charged on Tuesday with battery on a person over 65 and taken to the Land O Lakes jail on $5,000 bond.

It’s not the first time Christianoudis has been in trouble with the law.

In 2015 he was found on a beach allegedly masturbating in the sand near Sarasota, Florida.

When police asked him what he was doing, he told officers during an interview that his girlfriend was out of town ‘and I miss her.’

While pleasuring himself, Christianoudis appeared to be ‘watching an adult female and a minor female child walking down the waters edge,’ cops noted at the time.

When confronted by the police, Christianoudis ‘made a spontaneous statement and apologized for his actions saying he was a bit upset his girlfriend was away and he missed her attentions.’
