Revealed: The North West diva clause in Kim Kardashian’s contract with son Saint, 8, after she permits him to launch his own YouTube channel

When Kim Kardashian drew up a contract permitting her son Saint West to launch his own YouTube channel on Tuesday, she included a diva clause involving her ambitious daughter North West.

The 43-year-old aspiring attorney stipulated that the eight-year-old vlogger is ‘not allowed to film while’ the 11-year-old Lion King actress ‘is recording music’ for her forthcoming debut album, Elementary School Dropout.

‘I finally allowed Saint to have a YouTube channel after signing an extensive contract! LOL! Please subscribe!’ Kim – who boasts 480.9M social media followers – Instastoried.

‘Saint signed a solid contract for this YouTube channel. He better not breach.’

The contract, which was partially obscured, read: ‘I, Saint West, agree to follow my mom’s rules in order to have a YouTube channel. I am not allowed to comment [on] any personal family information. I am not allowed to film any personal information. I am not allowed to film while North is recording music…

‘I must show my mom or guardian all videos before I post them. I give permission to any grown-up if mom says to delete my video for any reason. If I don’t listen to all of the rules, my mom could make my page private or delete my account.’

Kardashian previously asked her fans on Monday to help get West ‘100K’ subscribers since he ‘wants to get to 1 million’ but she deleted the Instastories, which remain up on her Facebook account.

The Calabasas socialite’s ex-husband #3 Kanye ‘Ye’ West gave little North a guest rap on his song Talking/Once Again, which dropped February 7.

In it, the avid painter rapped: ‘It’s your bestie. Miss, Miss Westie. Don’t try to test me. It’s gonna get messy. It’s gonna get messy. Just just bless me! Bless me!’

West officially announced her upcoming album during the 47-year-old rapper-designer’s Vultures 2 listening party at the Footprint Center in Phoenix, AZ on March 10.

‘Hi, it’s Northie, and I’ve been working on an album. And it’s called Elementary School Drop Out!’ North said onstage to cheers from the crowd.

The title Elementary School Dropout is a direct homage to Ye’s 2004 debut studio album, The College Dropout, which went on to be certified four-times platinum and win best rap album at the Grammy Awards.

It’s unclear if Kim made her eldest child sign a contract to launch their joint Kim and North TikTok account, which has amassed 19.3M followers since 2021.

Saint has uploaded four vlogs as ‘TheGoatSaint’ in the past 24 hours – three of which were Twitch-like first-person clips of him playing video games and one of which showed him playing games at Dave & Buster’s with his buddy Zen.

‘This is big! This is big!’ West exclaimed while catching a 1,300lb great white shark on a game called Wicked Tuna.

‘Oh my goodness! Rewind! That’s it, bro! That’s it.’

Saint’s biggest score was winning 1,000 ‘Big Bass Bonus Tickets’ on a Wheel of Fortune-style game, shouting: ‘Yes bro! Yes bro! 200 and then 250 then 1,000! Peace out brother!’

Zen, who was filming, warned him: ‘Watch your words.’

‘Yeah! Gang gang!’ West – whose channel has 2,440 subscribers – replied.

Kardashian is also mother to two younger children – daughter Chicago, 6; and son Psalm, 5 – from her six-year marriage to the 24-time Grammy winner, which ended in 2021.

On November 29, Kardashian and Ye finally settled their divorce and 80/20 custody arrangement, which entails him paying her $200K/month in child support.

In the June 6th episode of The Kardashians, the SKIMS CEO admitted she was overwhelmed as a mother with ‘screaming’ kids ‘banging on the door’ as she ‘hid in a bathroom with the door locked.’

‘I’m open to anything at this point because I can’t live like this. I ran out of patience and that’s what my superpower was, being calm and patient,’ Kim lamented.

‘Sometimes it gets just a little intense. I want to be more strict like Khloé but I don’t know why I have a hard time just saying, “No is no.” I don’t want to deal with the whining and the tears of not getting their way. They know when to con me. They start with the tears, so I’m like, “Stop, stop. Sure, take the iPad. Just stop.”‘

Back in May, Kardashian admitted On Purpose with Jay Shetty podcast that there were nights she would cry herself to sleep due to the ‘f***ing tornado in my house. Like, what just happened?’

‘With all the moods and the personalities and sometimes they’re fighting, and you know, there’s no one there. Like, it’s [just] me to play good police officer and bad cop,’ the thrice-divorced mother-of-four said.

On July 25, Hulu renewed Kim and her famous family’s reality show The Kardashians for 20 more episodes, which will likely mean season six and season seven are in the works.

On February 19, showrunner Danielle King’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians spin-off won reality show of the year at the People’s Choice Awards after winning the best docu-reality series trophy at the 2023 MTV Movie & TV Awards.
