REVEALED: The only Democrat who could beat Trump – and they have not campaigned for Biden – as calls grow for president, 81, to drop out of race

A top pollster says there’s only one Democrat who can beat Trump but not only have they never held office, they haven’t even campaigned for Joe Biden yet this election season.

While other former Democrats and liberal pundits have speculated on Biden’s ability to hold the presidency through 2028, should he win, two elected members of the party’s Congressional delegation have called on him to drop out Tuesday.

Maine Democratic Rep. Jared Golden, 41, is now saying that he expects Trump to win after Biden’s terrible debate performance while Lloyd Doggett of Texas, 77, he’s actually ‘OK’ if Donald Trump wins in November.

The fallout from the debate disaster just five days ago has left the party scrambling fro its immediate and long-term future, one that presumably wouldn’t involve Biden.

Now, pollster Ipsos tested several elected an unelected Democrats head-to-head with Biden and only one would beat him, according to their survey.

Michelle Obama, the former First Lady of the United States, currently polls with a massive 50-39 lead over former President Trump.

Obama, 60, has never sought nor held any elected office but has often been seen as a dream candidate given her broad popularity.

The poll was released the same week reports revealed that First Lady Obama has stayed away from the campaign trail because of her friendship with Hunter Biden’s ex-wife Kathleen Buhle.

The former first lady, one of the most popular figures in the Democratic party, hasn’t posted about the 81-year-old president’s re-election bid.

Buhle and Hunter split in 2017 and details of the divorce resurfaced when she testified at his recent federal gun trial in Delaware.

Axios reported that Michelle told others that her friend had been wronged by the Biden family, who have blamed Buhle for some of the lurid details of Hunter’s behavior becoming public.

The poll only contains negatives for the remaining power players of the Democrat Party, however.

Only Vice President Kamala Harris (losing 43-42) comes within a point of Trump, according to Ipsos.

Other Democrats currently in office do even worse: Governors Gavin Newsom of California (losing 42-39), Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan (losing 41-36), Andy Beshear of Kentucky (losing 40-36) and JB Pritzker of Illinois (40-34) all trail Trump.

The poll actually shows positive news for Biden relative to his recent polling, as the survey shows him tied with Trump at 40 percent each.

Michelle Obama has still never once given any impression she would run for any office.

After reports surfaced of the Obama-Biden feud, White House spokesman Andrew Bates denied there was any rift between First Lady Obama and the Biden families.

He said: ‘The Biden and Obama families are like family to each other, and whomever made these claims about that relationship isn’t familiar with it.

‘The former President and First Lady have been two of the strongest supporters of President Biden’s leadership and agenda.’

Buhle accused Hunter of blowing his family’s money on drugs and prostitutes and cheating while he spiraled into crack cocaine addiction.

She and Michelle became close during the Obama administration, but the dynamic between the Obama and Biden families has changed since, according to the report.

During the Obama presidency the two women worked out in the gym together and would often have cocktails in the White House,

They still have a close bond today that has reportedly sparked friction between Michelle and the Bidens.

According to the report, Former President Obama described the Biden family as ‘weird s***’ following a fundraiser for the Beau Biden Foundation in 2017.

Michelle was initially reluctant to campaign for Joe in 2020, but was ultimately persuaded to hit the trail when Democrats told her the stakes would be too high if she missed out.

Now her husband has taken to the trail solo by appearing at multiple glitzy fundraisers with Joe.

A White House spokesman and a representative for Obama both denied reports of a rift.

Crystal Carson, a spokesperson for Michelle Obama said she is friends with both Kathleen and the Bidens.

‘Mrs. Obama has already said she supports President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign.

‘She is friends with Kathleen and with the Bidens. Two things can be true. On Monday Dr. Biden graciously joined the family to celebrate the life of Mrs. Marian Robinson.’

Biden remains insistent that he will not drop out of the campaign.
