Georgia Toffolo confirmed she will marry BrewDog CEO and co-founder James Watt, after he proposed during a recent trip to Greece for her 30th birthday.
The loved-up couple, who have been dating since last summer, posed up a storm on Instagram in snaps from their latest holiday.
In the photos, the former Made In Chelsea star, 30, was holding up her left hand which had a large sparkling diamond engagement ring on her wedding finger.
And now the sweet meaning behind the eye-catching piece of jewellery has been revealed by MailOnline.
Gemologist Tenishia McSweeney from Prestige Pawnbrokers of Channel 4’s Posh Pawn told how it has a special meaning behind it.
The sweet meaning behind Georgia Toffolo’s £400k engagement ring has been revealed as the star accepted a marriage proposal from BrewDog CEO James Watt
Georgia’s stunning diamond studded engagement ring
She said: ‘Georgia Toffolo’s style of engagement ring is a modern twist on the Toi et Moi style which has in recent years gained popularity with the more modern combination of three stones.
‘Traditionally made with two stones to signify ‘you and me’ the style dates back to the late 18th century when Napoleon Bonaparte proposed to Josephine de Beauharnais with one.
‘James Watt has definitely pushed the boat out in terms of distinctiveness and the unique take on the style.’
When asked how much the ring must have set James, 42, back, Tenisha estimated the price of the piece to cost around £400,000.
Tenishia continued: ‘If we assume conservatively by looking at photos that this striking ring features an 8 ct, VVS1, F centre marquise diamond flanked by two 2 ct, VVS1, F pear shaped diamonds it would be worth around the £400k mark.
‘Of course, the centre stone looks absolutely eye popping so may even be a little larger, and the clarity, colour may even be greater which would further push the cost up.
‘The diamond ring looks to be around eight carats with an estimated cost of £400k.’
Posting on Sunday, Georgia looked happier than ever as she showed off her sparkling ring as she enjoyed a cosy walk in Aberdeenshire, Scotland with James and their pet dog.

She captioned her post: ‘Am I dreaming is this real. I’ve been so over excited since it happened this feeling is AMAZING’.
It is understood that James asked for Georgia’s hand in marriage on Thursday, the day after they celebrated her milestone in the Greek islands.
A source told MailOnline: ‘He asked her to marry him yesterday in front of both of their families in Greece.
‘After the proposal they went to a big party at the Peligoni club and ended up dancing on tables to ABBA, celebrating with all the other guests.’
Announcing the news while showing off her enormous diamond engagement ring on Sunday morning, Georgia told Instagram followers: ‘James just asked me to marry him.
‘It really was the best moment of my life so far. I never knew I could feel happiness like this. The easiest, quickest yes to being your wife.
‘Our love story is my favourite. How we managed to find each other out of billions of people out there will always be my greatest blessing.
‘I love you forever and the magical life we’re building.’

Speaking to the Daily Mail in September, Georgia admitted an engagement ring would be the ultimate gift ahead of her milestone 30th birthday on October 23
She said: ‘It would be the ultimate 30th birthday present. You never know, I can hope and pray and I was praying yesterday so hopefully it’s not too far off’
James stepped down as Brewdog’s CEO over the summer and has just raised more than £2.5 million of investment for his new venture, a brand-led social media platform called Social Tip.
It will be the second engagement for Georgia, who was previously engaged to Nigel Farage’s former right-hand man – the millionaire aristocrat George Cottrell, dubbed Posh George.
He spent eight months in a US prison over a money-laundering scandal.
The pair broke it off, then briefly rekindled their spark in 2022 before going their separate ways for good.
James was previously married to Johanna Basford, a Scottish illustrator whose colouring book for adults, The Secret Garden, has sold more than ten million copies worldwide.
The couple, who share two children, divorced in 2020.

Since confirming their relationship over the summer of 2023, Georgia and James have enjoyed holidays in the Maldives in November and recently spent a long weekend in the Highlands with James’ children and Georgia’s nieces.
They have also been to football matches, enjoyed dinners out, and even attended Nigel Farage’s 60th birthday party together.
‘It’s a lot of the reason I am more relaxed, with more perspective,’ James said recently of the relationship.
James recently stepped down from his role with BrewDog, 17 years after he co-founded the Scottish brewer and pub group.
He handed over the reins to chief operating officer James Arrow, but remains with the group as a non-executive director on the board and continue to advise the group on strategy.
The group said it had put in place succession plans after James first told the board last year he wanted to step away to focus on his other projects and interests.
In a LinkedIn post, he said: ‘After 17 fantastic years as chief executive, I have decided to transition into a new role in the business, one of ‘captain and co-Founder’ – and James Arrow will pick up the reins as chief executive as our business pushes forward into our next phase of growth.
‘In my new role I will remain as a board member, a director and I will also be part time strategic adviser to the business and our to leadership team.’
