RFK Jr’s face says it all as he eats ‘poison’ McDonald’s aboard Trump Force One

Many people online were left baffled after RFK Jr. was seen indulging in a large McDonald’s meal with Donald Trump, his son Don Jr., and Elon Musk. 

Margo Martin, Trump’s deputy director of communications, shared the snap of the MAGA bigwigs eating unhealthy fast food on X onboard Trump Force One, following their appearance at UFC 309 Saturday night.

‘POV: walking by the cool kids table,’ Martin captioned the post, as Trump appeared to enjoy a filet-o-fish sandwich, a Big Mac and a large fry, while his buddies ordered ten piece chicken nuggets, quarter pounder cheeseburgers and fries. 

But many were quick to question why ‘Make America Healthy Again’ advocate RFK Jr. decided to munch on treats from the popular fast food restaurant, since he has long preached healthy living, including rallying against processed foods.

The hilarious snap of the incoming Secretary of Health and Human Services holding up his fast food burger, accompanied with a full-fat Coke, caused a stir online. 

‘Notable that RFK’s knocking back McDonalds and Coca Cola. Willing to ingest the chemicals if it serves his master,’ one user wrote on X. 

‘RFK eating McDonald’s is blowing my mind,’ another said. 

Even Don Jr. commented about their ironic food choices, as he posted the same image to his X account and said: ‘Make America Healthy Again starts TOMORROW.’ 

Many were left shocked after seeing RFK Jr. indulging in the highly-processed food after long preaching a healthy lifestyle and being nominated as the secretary of Health and Human Services for Trump’s administration

‘Trump can even get RFK Jr to eat McDonalds,’ another said. 

Someone else joked: ‘Because none of them are qualified for the adult’s table.’

‘RFK Jr looks terrified to eat that,’ a user said. 

Someone else zoomed in on RFK Jr.’s face and put the word ‘busted’ across the screen. 

‘Making the new gang member do drugs to make sure he’s not an undercover cop:,’ wrote another. 

While everyone else paired their meals with classic McDonald’s sauces, the 47th president had a posh assortment of tiny glass jars of ketchup and mayonnaise lined up. 

Sets of gold colored cutlery wrapped in luxury napkins sat next to each of their meals, as Speaker Mike Johnson was seen smiling behind the crew. 

Donald Trump Jr. notably held up an iconic red and yellow fry box, while RFK Jr. smirked as he held a cheeseburger in his hands, alongside a small bottle of Coca Cola.

Despite being a huge fan of Trump, the former Independent presidential candidate has publicly denounced the Republican’s unhealthy eating habits. 

During a recent interview on The Joe Polish Show, Kennedy openly criticized the Republican’s fast-food-based diet.   

‘The stuff he eats is really, like bad,’ Kennedy revealed, adding that most of the president-elect’s food choices are filled with ‘poison’. 

‘Campaign food is always bad, but the food that goes onto that airplane is, like, just poison,’ he said, adding that you only get a choice of Big Macs or KFC. 

Kennedy has promised as a part of his Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement, to also crack down on food with additives, pesticides and toxic chemicals – all of which are included in McDonald’s items, including what was on his plate. 

McDonald’s Big Macs are known to have xanthan gum and dextrose in them. 

Dextrose is commonly used as a sweetener food additive. It is a simple sugar made from corn or wheat that acts in the body as glucose – or blood sugar.   

It has been linked to liver abnormalities and can be especially dangerous in people who are at risk of or have diabetes because it can disrupt glucose levels and cause insulin resistance.

Insulin resistance causes the body’s cells to stop responding to the hormone insulin, which controls the amount of sugar in the blood. When sugar isn’t able to enter cells and builds up in the blood, it can lead to type 2 diabetes.

Dextrose is used in multiple foods at McDonald’s, including the breakfast item Sausage McGriddle. 

Xanthan gum is a common food additive known to cause gas and bloating, and despite it being considered ‘completely safe’ for humans to ingest, it can lead to digestive issues. 

The MAGA group indulged in McDonald’s as the company continues to face backlash over a severe E. coli outbreak. 

California-based Taylor Farms recalled several yellow onion batches after the FDA highlighted the vegetable as the ‘likely source of contamination.’

A man in Colorado has died, 10 are hospitalized and 49 have fallen sick after eating McDonald’s Quarter Pounder hamburgers in multiple Mountain West states.

Taylor Farms said none of the products had tested positive for the bacteria that kills up to a fifth of people who become sick, and that the recall was a precaution.

Restaurants that have the onions in their refrigerators and storage areas have been advised to ‘destroy’ them immediately.

Toward the end of his campaign trail, Trump got behind the fryer at a McDonald’s in Philadelphia and manned the drive-thru in a bid to undermine Kamala Harris. 

‘I’ve now worked for 15 minutes more than Kamala,’ Trump said after working at the fast food restaurant, referring to his claim that his rival didn’t work at McDonald’s as a college student as she says she did.

Video captured from within the kitchen showed Trump, 78, passing out orders to a group of grateful prearranged ‘customers’ – Trump supporters understood to have been pre-selected by his camp – who were there to see the ex-president serving their food and told him why they’ll be supporting him in the election. 

He was also seen dipping wire baskets of potatoes into sizzling hot oil before salting the fries and handing them out to patrons.  

One man, apparently accompanied by his wife, told Trump, 78, ‘you are the type of person we want to be the president’, after thanking him for ‘everything you’re doing.’ His passenger added: ‘Thank you for taking the bullet for us.’
