Partying at Ocean Beach Club, the 31-year-old lingerie model looked sensational as she joined her pals by the pool and sipped on drinks.
Showing off her ample assets, the sexy swimsuit featured a plunging scooped neckline, whilst lace up detailing along the side of the garment showed off her tiny waist.
The blonde bombshell wore her glossy locks loose and tousled for the outing, accessorising with a pair of oversized sunglasses.
Rhian opted not to wear any jewellery on the outing with the exception of her dazzling diamond engagement ring.
The stunner will no doubt be making plans for her own hen do soon as her boyfriend Oliver Mellor popped the question in 2014.
Rhian has not revealed any details surrounding her upcoming nuptials, but confessed she was in the midst of planning last month, shortly after she was spotted picking out wedding dresses.
Despite her jolly holiday, sources recently told The Sun Rhian has growing concerns that her ovarian cysts have returned after she previously had surgery to remove two giant growths.
They claim the star is fearful a second surgery could ‘affect her chances of becoming a mum’, as operating on the ovaries too much can be ‘dangerous’.
The paper reports that Rhian’s cysts have sadly grown back, after she had them surgically removed last year.
Having shared a number of hospital selfies in recent weeks, the blonde is now waiting to see if she requires more surgery – but is ‘trying to stay positive’, amid fears a second operation will hinder her chances of having a child.
A source said: ‘It’s quite dangerous for surgeons to operate on a person’s ovaries once, let alone twice, as it can lead to infertility.’
