RHOM star Dr Nicole Martin gives birth to baby girl ‘earlier than expected’ via C-section: ‘We are doing good and thank you for warm wishes’

The Real Housewives Of Miami star Dr Nicole Martin has given birth to her second child, a baby girl, with fiancé Anthony Lopez.

The C-section birth was ‘earlier than expected,’ according to a short video the anesthesiologist shared on Instagram.

‘Mom and baby girl are recovering from a C-section that was earlier than expected but here we are,’ the 38-year-old explained.

‘We are doing good and thank you for all the warm wishes. I will probably take an Instagram break for a few as we recover but overall we are doing well and I’m feeling okay,’ Martin continued.

‘A little nauseous but otherwise not too bad, and baby girl is trying to figure things out. So stay tuned.’

Martin and Lopez are also parents to son Greyson, five.

‘Anthony and I wear many hats, but we always say that being parents is by far our favorite!’ she explained to People.

‘We have so much fun with Greyson and are over the moon about expanding our family.’

And Greyson was excited to become a big brother, too.

‘He has been asking for a sibling for quite some time, and I know he’s going to be a wonderful big brother,’ the reality TV star explained.

Nicole and Anthony met in 2015 in Las Vegas when they were both on separate vacations.

They welcomed their son in 2019 and got engaged on New Year’s Eve 2021. Nicole has called her partner ‘funny’ revealing he has a ‘really dark humor that not everybody appreciates.’

‘It’s hard to find someone that wants to see you succeed,’ she explained to People.

‘I feel like people just don’t want their partner to do well because they want to keep them in a box or they want to keep them in a cage, but I feel like we both give each other the space to spread our wings,’ she said.

‘And I just feel like we’ve got this thing where we just give each other the support that we need to grow,’ she continued.

But when it comes to wedding planning – it’s just not a priority at the moment, as she said during the premiere of season six of RHOM.

The couple just moved, are remodeling their house and now have a new baby to look after too.

‘We’re about to start this huge remodeling project, Greyson’s getting older and he’s a handful, and I have work and everything else going on. [So] wedding planning is not at the top of my list of things to do.’
