Richard Osman bundles up in a red coat as he arrives hand-in-hand with wife Ingrid Oliver to London radio studio for Global’s Make Some Noise

Richard Osman and Ingrid Oliver looked loved-up as they arrived hand-in-hand to Global’s Make Some Noise day in London on Friday.

The Pointless creator, 53, decided not to turn up in fancy dress for the occasion, and instead bundled up in a red padded coat, teamed with blue jeans and white trainers.

Meanwhile, Ingrid, 47, cut a chic figure in a navy trench coat, trousers and smart brown shoes, with sunglasses on her head.

Richard married Doctor Who star Ingrid, 46, in a ‘magical’ ceremony in December 2022.

The pair met in 2020 while filming for his quiz show House Of Games, with Richard later describing the episode as their ‘first date’.

During the episode of the BBC Two show – where four celebrities compete with each other in a series of daily challenges – Richard and Ingrid could be seen exchanging shy smiles and intrigued looks during their first meeting.

After the show, Richard and Ingrid soon began dating, getting engaged in May 2022 and marrying in December.

Other celebrities at the Make Some Noise Day event  included Kate Garraway, Tommy Fury and Ashley Roberts.

Earlier in the day, Amanda Holden was overcome with emotion as she completed her epic 250 mile cycling challenge from Cornwall to London.

She finished the trail outside Heart Studios HQ in London’s Leicester Square at 8.30am on Thursday, where the street was lined with supporters cheering her on.

As a result of the challenge, Amanda has raised £370,000 – with donations still incoming – for Global’s Make Some Noise charity and was greeted by her fellow Heart Breakfast team including showbiz reporter Ashley and JK [Jason King].

Having earned a drink, Amanda popped open a bottle of champagne as she confessed: ‘My bum is killing me, everything is killing me!’

She went on: ‘It was amazing, the weather was terrible, some of the hills were barbaric but what a gorgeous way to see the UK.’

Amanda was left completely shocked on Monday when she was told there had been a £100,000 donation to Global’s Make Some Noise, the charity she is doing the challenge for.

She said: ‘We had a £100,000 donation from the makers of the film The Wild Robot. It is just incredible.

‘We’ve had so many people supporting us along the way. It’s been really uplifting and gorgeous and obviously it’s all for a great cause.’

To support Amanda on her challenge please donate to Global’s Make Some Noise or head to to heart.co.uk.
