Disgraced paedophile Rolf Harris has been seen hobbling with a homemade walking stick as he delivered paintings to neighbours near his Berkshire home.

The entertainer, 89, also delivered a signature ‘Rolf’ wobble board to one neighbour.

Harris was even wearing a very similar red jacket to the one he wore for his infamous mugshot.

He is living in Berkshire after he was jailed for a number of historical sex offences.

The TV personality served three years of a five-year, nine-month sentence for separate attacks on young girls between 1968 and 1986.

Harris has rarely been seen in public since he was banished from the grounds of a primary school earlier this year after waving at young pupils.

His family were said to have put him under ‘house arrest’ after the ‘disastrous’ incident, which could have seen him back behind bars.

Richard Jarrett, head of Oldfield Primary School, said Harris had no access to the pupils and ordered him off the grounds before informing the police.

But neighbours at the time defended him, saying: ‘He’s an asset to the area, he’s been a tremendous supporter of any charity we’ve been part of.’

Another said the incident had an adverse effect on his health, saying: ‘It’s badly affected him; he’s in poor health and has declined rapidly. He doesn’t come out any more and when he does it’s only ever with his carer.’

Harris was convicted of 12 indecent assaults at London’s Southwark Crown Court in June 2014, one on an eight-year-old autograph hunter and two on girls in their early teens.

His convictions also included a catalogue of abuse against his daughter’s friend over 16 years, whom the court heard he groomed and molested from the age of 13 until she was 19.

Some of the offences had been carried out while his daughter was in the same room. He admitted having a relationship with the woman, but said it only started when she reached 18.

Other victims said they were touched or groped by Harris at some of his public appearances.

He was also found guilty of groping a teenage waitress’s bottom at a charity event in Cambridge in the 1970s

He was jailed for five years and nine months, but released from HMP Stafford in May 2017 after serving less than half the sentence.
