Romping lesbian attacks female firefighter when she rejects threesome invitation

Romping lesbian attacks female firefighter when she rejects her invitation to ‘join the party’ for a threesome with another woman near a bushfire

  • Ruth Madison, 32, was having sex with another woman by campfire on July 22
  • Two firefighters walked past and she ran over and asked them to join in
  • When they refused she grabbed one by the jacket and yelled threats in her face
  • Spit went in the firefighter’s mouth and Madison was charged with assault

A woman attacked a firefighter and threatened to have her bashed because she wouldn’t join a lesbian threesome, a court has heard.

Ruth Madison, 32, was hauled before Charters Towers Magistrate’s Court in North Queensland on Monday and pleaded guilty to assaulting a public officer.

The court heard on July 22 she was in a romp with her lover on a blanket next to a campfire as two firefighters walked by looking for a route to a nearby bushfire.

Madison ran over to the pair and invited them to ‘join the party’, which the officers refused – but she wasn’t taking no for an answer.

She grabbed one of them by her jacket with both hands and yelled in her face ‘I’m going to get my family to bash you’, according to the Northern Miner.

As Madison drunkenly shouted inches from the firefighters face, spittle landed in the victim’s mouth until she was able to move away, the court heard.

The firefighter was taken to hospital for disease testing and Madison arrested. She was so drunk all she could say to police was ‘I did not touch no one’.

Madison’s lawyer, Rebecca Hudson, told the court the casual cleaner drank two bottles of liquor that day because it ‘settled the PTSD’ from a violent past relationship.

The mother-of-two had been seeing a psychologist since June to deal with these issues, Ms Hudson told the court.

Prosecutor Len Brown said the concern for the victim was the potential transmission of disease but noted spitting on her face was unintentional.

‘It is not alleged that it was the intention of the defendant to spit in the face of the victim, the assault was the pulling of the victim’s jacket,’ he said.

Magistrate Cathy Wadley fined Madison $600 without a conviction recorded.
