Row of three country cottages in Wales on sale for £200,000

A whole row of cottages in Wales has gone up for sale as a fixer upper for £200,000 – less than half the price of a London flat.

Potential buyers could seek permission to transform the three grade-II listed buildings into one – or keep them as separate buildings.

But new central heating would need to be installed as well as full renovation of electrics, plumbing, re-plastering and kitchen and bathroom fitting.
